As a part of our partnership with Breathing Space we would encourage all players, coaches, volunteers, members and supporters to complete the attached Survey. It should only take you a few minutes and you can be as detailed as you like. All information given will remain anonymous.
This gives the club some great feedback around the memberships mental well-being and how the last year has impacted you.
We would also encourage you to pass this on to any family members or friends who may not be able to access the survey. If you can give them a phone and complete the survey for them.
